Worlds First and Largest Private Jets Charter Auction Boost The Travel Industry

What is all the charter chatter about? Charter Auction, web-based, http://www.charterauction.com/, was catapulted onto the Internet in 1999 like storm busters. Of course the company has changed hands and just gets bigger and better as it goes. Once associated with Jets.com, Charter Auction is now owned by Aeroshares Charter, LLC out of Portsmouth, NH. It was re-launched at a rapid pace and the representatives barely have time to take a bow.

Business jobs, productivity and keeping America connected are the major positive influences business jet usage, mainly business jet charters, have on the air industry and Charter Auction has seen the industry start to rise again.

Donald Bishop, principle owner of Aeroshares and Charter Auction was quoted in an earlier press release this year as saying, “We have been working closely with NBTA, ASTA, local travel planners and other travel professionals with-in corporate structures in the past few months whose clients have never used jet charter as a means for business travel in the past. These clients surprisingly are mid-management, mid-level management from small businesses using the benefits of private jet charter service as a tool for the upper hand in the corporate world.” Category: Travel, Transportation, Lifestyle, Business, Recreation, Air Charter Broker, Aircraft Rental Service, Aviation Consultant, Air Transportation, Air Travel, Business Jet Travel, Executive Travel, Business Travel, Travel Planning, Travel Professionals, News, Announcements, Press

A Charter Auction representative, Brandon Ferrante noted, "We saw a significant increase in certain areas such as Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard private jet charter requests. Business jet charter requests have been flowing in at a steady pace with a real rise in first time executive jet charter requests to Boston, New York City and Bermuda.”

  1. Great information on Private Jet travel in today's business world. It really is important to have a reliable jet charter provider if you're a traveling business professional. I can't tell you how many meetings I would have missed - international or continental, if I were to have to travel commercially everywhere. A quick phone calls to a reliable jet charter provider and you're on your way.

  2. It would seem that the private jet rental business is one of the few still doing well in these trying financial times. I think it's the fear of flying commercial and those that can afford it are rather making a business jet charter which is a far safer way to travel. You also get to avoid the gropings that seem to be the norm at so many airports these days.
