Step 2 – Submit Trip Details

Submit trip details using the Flight Planner on the homepage

Client creates a login/ username – an account – then provides us with information like:

•Date of trip

•Departure City or Airport

•Select Round Trip, One Way, Or Multi Leg

•Select Arrival City or Airport

•Provide the number of passengers

Step 3 – We Contact You

We will contact you using the information provided in your user account regarding the trip and any additional details we may need to process your request.

At this stage you will be given a rough estimate on the costs associated with your trip. You may also use the Trip Cost Calculator*** to get a generic price of chartering an aircraft without going through the entire bid process.

*** Please keep in mind that the Trip Cost Calculator is an average price based on industry and historic data, this does not reflect the actual cost which may be quite a bit lower once the bids are received.

Step 4 – Trip Goes Auction

Once we have collected all the necessary information, we will use our proprietary Aircraft Locator Technology to find operators who have aircraft available that meet your flight criteria.

Step 5 – You Will Receive a Bid Sheet

Step 6 – Choose Your Aircraft
