Step 3 – They Contact You

They will contact you using the information provided in your user account regarding the trip and any additional details they may need to process your request.

At this stage you will be given a rough estimate on the costs associated with your trip. You may also use the Trip Cost Calculator*** to get a generic price of chartering an aircraft without going through the entire bid process.

Step 4 – Trip Goes Auction

Once they have collected all the necessary information, they will use our proprietary Aircraft Locator Technology to find operators who have aircraft available that meet your flight criteria.
