Corporate Jet Service Auctions

Weigh the pros and cons of corporate jet service versus commercial flights you may step back and see the price difference, but keep in mind all the added expenses of a business class commercial flight. The time your away from home, hotel fees, ground transportation, meal expenses. That list goes on and on, day after day at times for the business traveler.

Auctions for corporate jet service offer the most cost effective means when considering renting a private jet. Even large corporations that actually own their own private jets will rent a private jet because theirs may not suit their air travel needs.

From Turboprops to Airliners you can lease a private jet, helicopter, any private plane type you and or your group can fly in luxury.

How to request an auction for corporate jet service is a simple quick process with Charter Auction. A leader and pioneer in providing corporate travelers with private jet service. Auctions get any client 6 or more bids from corporate private jets companies bidding to fulfill the charter flight. The auction process makes it a competitive market for jet charter services.

One bid sheet is delievered to the clients email address. The sheet ill include quotes to fill the request as well as the type of private plane offered by the that company. (See an example of a Bid Sheet).

Post Travel Needs Online Charter Auction a Welcome Destination

For those people who can afford it and want luxury, comfort, convenience and leisure or business air travel, Charter Auction has become a welcome destination. Picture a combination of eBay and other travel services sites for the corporate private jet charter market, a one-stop jet service to secure a custom-made fit with the lowest bid among corporate private jet aircraft owners. They aren't like jet service cards that require minimum time commitments, It is all about a one one-way trip at a time.

The process is a simple one where travelers post their travel needs online, say a trip from Boston to Fort Myers, Fla., and Charter Auction then solicits and receives competitive bids on jet charter from domestic and international corporate private jet operators. Travelers can call the company, but Donald Bishop, CEO said almost 90 percent of their business is done online with a click of the mouse. Clients can select from among six bids among the top-ranked certified corporate private jet companies. Charter Auction handles all the details with diligence, such as the type of private jet, catering and payments, making it an easy, turnkey service for clients.

The competitive bid process makes charter flights more affordable, Bishop explained, because the company's business model seeks to optimize the value of return charter flights or "empty legs" as they are known in the corprate private jet charter industry.

"Any day, as many as one-third of all private and corporate private jets fly empty," he said. The Charter Auction process attempts to achieve a win-win situation for the jet owner, who will be able to generate some revenue from a return trip, and the traveler, who could save thousands of dollars or more. Bishop said the strategy has also incorporated only operators who have the highest FAA safety designations.

This is second go-around for Charter Auction. The original company was founded by a technology visionary in 1999 and was hailed widely as a company that seamlessly merged technology and customer service in the corporate private jet charter industry. At its height, Charter Auction had $40 million in revenues and four locations including Boston, Paris and France.
