When you think of Miami you think of Miami Beach, South Beach, night clubs and beaches. Miami, known worldwide as as the sandbox, "The World's playground." It's one of the nation's waterfront resorts for nearly a century.
Independent from Miami, the City of Miami Beach occupies a barrier island in Miami's harbor with 7 miles of beaches and 20 public parks. It's no surprise it is in the top 5 for private jet excursions and second-home choice for the rich and famous, first with waterfront mansions and recently luxury condos.
Real estate varies depending on which neighborhood you bunker down in. Three distinct areas of Miami. SoFi, or South of Fifth Street, is the newest yet smallest, carved out of South Beach in the late 1970s. South Beach runs from Fifth north to the mid-20s. The rest north to 88th, is known as Miami Beach.
Prices are highest at the southern tip and fall heading north. Apartments can go for more than $20 million. However, more than 1,700 condos are on the market, and two-thirds are priced under $500,000.
It was reported that more than half of the real estate sold in Miami are second homes of the rich and famous and almost 90 % of sales are condos.

Really, this would be nice location to travel with a Private Jet charter, As they make more luxury and comfort comparing with other mean of transports.
