When you think of Miami you think of Miami Beach, South Beach, night clubs and beaches. Miami, known worldwide as as the sandbox, "The World's playground." It's one of the nation's waterfront resorts for nearly a century.
Independent from Miami, the City of Miami Beach occupies a barrier island in Miami's harbor with 7 miles of beaches and 20 public parks. Real estate varies depending on which neighborhood you bunker down in. Three distinct areas of Miami. It was reported that more than half of the real estate sold in Miami are second homes of the rich and famous and almost 90 % of sales are condos.
